Glaernischhof By Trinity Hotel - Zurich

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast options and the spacious suite with a huge bathroom! I would definitely stay again, despite the slightly dated feel.

Construction outside the window

by and large, it was perfect base for sightseeing in zurich, had much fun and met extremely friendly and gentle staff right from reception desk to porter. the location was magnificent, to the train station etc, it's a plus.

The location was really good, just a short walk to the center. The staff were attentive and were really good, even helping with our luggage at late check-in. A bit more freshness in the decor would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, the room was spacious and well-maintained, offering anice and neat stay. The healthy salads at breakfast were a good addition to start the day off right.

Staff are very friendly,efficient,and helpful,excellent breakfast and excellent location for relaxation and shopping,they need only to change the Rooms Key style to a better Card style.

Nothing,every thing was perfect

The location is superb, close to shopping and to the lake and also very quiet. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and staff generally friendly and helpful.

The elegant ambiance of the lobby and restaurant, with lovely decor that felt both upscale and warm. The accessibility was fantastic.

The stay here was very good for a short business trip. The staff was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, the room was functional and fashionable with air conditioning.

The Glaernischhof By Trinity boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from the old town, which facilitated my business meetings. The staff were professional, particularly Mr Kyrylo Pustouit, who promptly addressed an air conditioning issue in my room. The dining experience at the hotel restaurant, Le Poisson, was commendable, offering high-quality food, typical of Swiss standards.

Pricing is high considering the amenities.

Ideal locaion for business and shopping as well as visiting the lake. The room was perfect, he breakfast superb and we will definitely return.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip. I particularly appreciated the excellent dining experience. The restaurant offered high-quality food, showcasing Swiss standards. Although the amenities could use some updating, overall, the stay was quite satisfactory.

Having breakfast included is a big plus in Zurich but having an amazing breakfast really makes the stay at this hotel pleasurable and memorable! All staff from dining room to front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable but minor complaint for all of the positives.
